I think they are referring to the fact that Ian did not have to pick a have not as the others did because Nicole F volunteered when it was his turn to pick. So, Ian has been saved by both Nicole F & Christmas.

She is the only one outside of Memphis’ alliance who can play in the SS next week.
If she doesn’t win POV, I think she’s gone. Sad, but I think she is just too nice for this cutthroat game.
