Day chatting with Ian in the hot tub. I like how she is gaining rapport with each person, without talking game. Just getting to genuinely know people. Makes it harder to vote you out if you relate the person on a personal level.
I like her approach.

The reason that no one knows who to vote out is that the HOH has no plan, no goal, no vision.
Without Derrick, Cody is floundering. He should be trying to gain loyalty by having a target for minions to unite against. His potential minions have no leader.
