Creating this thread because I cannot locate some of the tips that were posted for feeds, and have a new question...does anyone else have trouble with CBS All Access on your TV app, but not on your IOS app? I can view everything great on my iPad but not on the TV, it keeps freezing and jumping and the sound is garbled there. It is all the same internet connection, and same TV I have used for years to watch feeds, but it is really poor this year. Any thoughts?

I get to the live site and then nothing...………….
I have Comcast, should I be using another site to access ?

I was told some years ago of a web browser? To use for my I-ad access to the feeds. I forgot what it was and deleted it from my iPad. But it was great you could even use the flashback option.

Marameko, I use the CBS All Access app on my iPad instead of using the browser. Have you tried that?

Is anyone having an issue with the feeds just freezing for maybe 5 - 10 seconds, and then starting up again?
I am on a laptop and it keeps happening, usually I just reboot the computer but that is getting old and I thought maybe someone may know something.
Like is there something in settings or something that I need to change to make it stop.
Let me know, LOL.

Any good apps this year that allow better viewing other than CBS? I can't remember the one I used to use but it was great.

I used Puffin on my IPad for the past few years but they discontinued it last year after the last Big Brother. I just use the CBS All Access on my IPad now.

I meant for computer. I remember downloading a great viewer BBViewer? Maybe that was it. But yea - setting up my iPad by the computer would be great.

For anyone interested in starting live feeds or restarting them I got a code emailed to me from CBS for a free month and it actually worked and showed up correctly on my account. The code is HZWC18. It is good until Sept. 7th. Hope it works for you too.

For those of you wanting to start or restart the feeds CBS emailed me a new code for a month free. It actually worked and is correct in my account info. The code is HZWC18 and expires on 9/7. Hope it works for you!
