If she doesn't win first or second place, winning AFP plus her stipend, puts her almost equal to second place financially. (1st and 2nd place do not get the stipend)

Rose- if my numbers are right, she'd equal 2nd place:
Including pre-show sequester, figure 15 weeks at $1K per week
There is a bonus for 3rd place- $10K (Cliff gets an extra $7,500, Tommy gets an extra $5K)
Plus the $25K for AFP is $50K

I was wondering about that, Wilson. I thought it might have been equal to 2nd, but wasn't sure and didn't want to overstate.
And I totally forgot about the $10K 3rd place bonus that they now give them.

It depends on when they start their stipends- I'm thinking they start them once they put them into pre-show sequester, and end them on finale night; 99 days is a little over 14 weeks, so a week of pre-show sequester makes it 15 weeks (which sounds about right- it also makes the numbers pretty round for everyone:
pre-jury (16th-12th) get $5,000 each
early jury (11th-6th) get $15,000 each
5th gets $20,000
4th gets $22,500
3rd gets $25,000
2nd gets $50,000
winner gets $500,000
AFP gets $25,000 bonus

I thought in the past the first and second place winners did not get the stipend. That seems a bit unfair And maybe changed now that they modified the layouts to discourage those who "just wanted to make jury".
And we have Jackson getting the extra $10k and Nick the extra $5k.

10 for Nicole. I wish I had more machines to vote on. First time since Janelle I wanted to vote often.
To me, Nicole has been my favorite player of the season. Watching an awkward, clearly different from your average Big Brother HG, come in and navigate her way to the end was very very entertaining for me.
I liked her verbalization of what she was thinking and I have laughed out loud at her trolling of Jackson the past couple of days.
She has been my favorite houseguest, by far.
