Nick & Bella didn’t know, the voters had agreed to not tell Kat, but Holly told her & told her to still vote the other way to avoid their alliance being outed... Jessica was also told right before the Live show.

On BBAD Jackson is mournful about not being able to eat real food. He said he hated walking into the kitchen and seeing grapes. {He loves grapes.)
He should be glad he has to cut back on grazing for awhile. He was turning into a 'chipmunk cheeks'

If Jack wins veto and Christy uses her power and takes Jackson off is Jack still safe?

No. If Jack wins veto, Christy could choose to turn the regular Veto into the Diamond Power of Veto. That would mean Jack could take HIMSELF off and name the replacement. The only person in this case who would be safe is Jack.
There will be only one veto used. It will either be regular veto or DPOV. It won't be both.

The veto winner has always been able to take themselves off the block (for many seasons). It must be being able to name the replacement that is the difference?
