I’d probably expect a premiere date announced next week- last year it was announced on the 21st IIRC (the equivalent will be this coming Tuesday)- now that the upfronts are done and they’re into the last week of the regular season they’ll make announcements soon (CBS wants to focus on The Big Bang Theory finale first I’d suspect)

(two night premiere- a Tuesday and a Wednesday. Schedule is still Sundays at 8, Wednesdays at 9, and Thursdays at 9 as of July 10th- so we might have 2 Tuesday eps- and looking at the schedule the 4th of July is on a Thursday this year, so they probably wanted to avoid burning a live ep then)
And if they put them in a week before the first ep like normal, that means they're only about 4 weeks away from going in...

And it also looks like another 99-day season if they follow normal patterns:
My speculation on schedule:
-Go in Tuesday 6/18 (a week before the first ep)
-Feeds start late Wednesday 6/26 (after the 2nd night of the premiere)
-First live ep Wednesday 7/3 (they're doing a Tuesday/Wednesday that week because they don't want to do a live ep on the holiday, which makes sense)
-Finale Wednesday 9/25 (Emmys are 9/22, so the "regular season" will start 9/23; I'd suspect they'll combine with the Survivor premiere again)

I just saw a TV promo for this years season from Friday, 5/24 on my recording of "The Young & the Restless". YEAH!! And just like THAT, it will be September already right after the new season premieres....Lol. Yeah we are all back!!

I'd suspect if they haven't locked in the final cast by now, they're close- they have to put them in pre-show sequester in about a week or so (I'd think press day will be about the 14th or 15th, they'll announce the cast the 17th or 18th- probably on All Access first- and they'll actually go in about the same time)
I'm hoping the house this season is halfway decent- if I were doing it, I'd tie it into 21 and make at least one room casino-themed...do the have-not room as the Neon Boneyard..

I didn't think I would care, but after renewing my CBS All Access yesterday I have to admit I did start looking forward to the new season. LOL
To be honest though... Primarily I renewed my CBS All Access to watch the new Twilight Zone shows. BB is just an added bonus.
