Finally Cat as head of house, is the last to nominate. She is told she has to deadly dozen power-play.
Cat tries to use her points to drop Travis out of the nominated housemates but it doesn't work.

Episode 28...
Another morning in the BB house and a wake up call for the hotel staff.
BB tells the staff they have 15 minutes to get up, get ready, and start serving the hotel guests.
Sandra asks to work in the kitchen. She does not want to deal directly with the guests.

The hotel guests are greeted by the staff as they get up.
The pressure and exhaustion of being hotel staff has started to make Sandra and Sam go crazy.

Cat is called to the power room where she has a power-play decision to make.
Big brother present her with two DVDs.
On one DVD she can see how everybody nominated. On the other DVD is highlights of her and Lawsons time in the sanctuary.
She is asked if she wants to view the DVD of the nominations. However, BB tells her everything comes with a price, and the rest of the housemates would see the other DVD of her and Lawson.
Since her decision affects Lawson as well, ge is called to the power room to help her decide.
Cat explains BBs proposal to him.

Cat tells BB it's better to keep some secrets, secret.

Lawson goes to the diary room where he's feeling bad.
A flashback to when he told Aisha his mom died when he was young.
Lawson feels like she disappointed his mom...
... He feels like he's let down a lot of people by his behavior, including himself.

Staff and hotel guests are not supposed to talk and interact socially.
Leo and Skye find a moment to talk anyway.
Leo let's Skye know how exhausted he, all the staff are, and how little sleep they're getting. He tells her that they feel the other housemates are taking advantage of them, and being disrespectful.
Travis sees them talking and tells them to stop.
Travis tells them he's afraid they will lose the task.

He explains the different ways you can use the hula hoop.
The "hotel guests" try out their skills.
The other housemate staff, is surprised that Lawson knows how to Hulu hoop.

The hotel task is over, and the housemates go inside to hear how they did.
The housemates are told they will also vote on the staff who did the best job...
and give him/her a $3000 service award.
The housemates discuss it for a while...
They finally decide to give the award to Jason.

Big brother informs the housemates they did not pass the hotel task. And told the staff they had some demanding guests.
The housemates decide to talk about the task, and the staff goes one by one down the line telling their feelings, without any interruptions from the guests.
They were told how demanding and greedy they were. How they could've done something some cells but made the staff do it for them. Ryan tells them we are your friends, and he wouldn't of acted that way.
The staff housemates let them know how difficult the task was and how the guess attitude didn't help them.
Travis feels many of them just got better after they were nominated. He says he's been nominated every week, and deserved a break. He doesn't have sympathy for them dealing with the stress of being nominated, and task,when he's had to do that each week.
