Just as I predicted last week.
Once again its a weekend and they have found an excuse to shut down the feeds for the entire weekend.
That is every single weekend this series where they have been down for a significant majority of the weekend, starting early on Thursday.

Ohhhhhhh is that what you were talking about in tonights episode thread Hwest? Does it actually say the feeds will be down from now till Sunday?!! Odd since Sunday is Easter Sunday. I guess it will be taped tomorrow and Saturday and aired on Sunday.

The "Play Along" game on the official site has a spot to guess who the "Chevrolet Powershift Instant Evictee" will be.
But they dont have anywhere to actually vote who will be evicted yet

Whatever stream or source you were watching must have had old BBUS episodes on.

In its inaugural season BB Canada should be pulling out all of the stops to keep the feeds going. In my opinion that is how they will develop a loyal following. Nothing about the timing or the "instant eviction" is clear to me. Are we just guessing who the evictee will be? HG's should really do all of the evicting. Sure wish we had the feeds over the holiday weekend. This will probably be a great feed watching time Oh well.

Hwest...I agree a lot of people could probably watch this the feeds this weekend. Maybe that is why they are also turning it off. I read somewhere on here that maybe the 'bandwidth' is costing so much with so many viewers? Whatever that is, I'm no techy.

Here's the rumors from jokers:
Andrew and AJ are nominated. Veto will be held today, Veto ceremony will be held tonight- eviction vote will be immediately after that. New HOH comp will be on Saturday. And all of this is probably gonna be shown Sunday...

Well if they are trying to gain more fans with the posibility of charging for feeds in the future this year is not being helpful. I would not pay for them at all.

Mizinvanccouver not sure what the feed problem is. They seem pretty laid back in Toronto. Could be that they have a limited budget and don't want to pay time and a half or double time on weekends/holidays to the feed operators. We'll never know but it certainly decreases enjoyment of the BB experience to have so much feed downtime,

Maybe I didn't hear/read it correctly but it seems that Topaz's
HOH will only last until Sun.eve. There is supposedly a surprise
eviction coming soon and there will be a new HOH. Is this the
double HOH we have been hearing about?

That is correct, its the free preview for Slice cable channel in Canada that is ending. Nothing to do with the feeds.
The only potential issue for those of us watching outside Canada is if the streamer you are using to watch the episodes loses the channel. It shouldn't be hard to find another streamer.

Well if the feeds never come back it will not matter. Maybe they should leave them off, vote everyone out, and just tell us who won!
Yes I am bitter about no feeds this weekend. LOL
