the trick is finding a reliable good quality site. i found blurry and unreliable were easier to find but often froze or disappeared.
DCB is up and running right now with a concert Live in UK.
so i'll be there tomorrow !!

For some reason that's only 15. There is a wildcard entrant but I thought that was added to 16 for today. Guess we will find out later!
They all seem a bit extreme to me.

Well I use usenet anyway so thats the best and safest source for hi quality HD source caps, but if you dont have or want access to usenet then torrents are pretty easy.
If you only download bbuk and use peerblocker they should be safe. All you need is a free torrent client like utorrent.
Either that or rely on the rather spotty service of streamers if you can find them.
I think there are also bots on IRC that allow downloading of bb, but I never bothered looking into it.

It's about to start! I liked all three of the wildcard choices so hopefully that is a good sign.

Prize is £100,000. Diary room chair is all regal looking.
One of the housemates has been randomly selected to enter first, and there's a twist in store for them. Randomly chosen hm is Deana.
HM#1: Deana, 23, Birmingham, Miss India UK. People think she's obnoxious but when you get to know her she says it's the complete opposite. Likes to have last word. Wants an hour a day alone. Audience are booing a bit.
BB tells Deana she's won immunity from this week's eviction but luck comes at a price. She has to nominate three of her fellow hms for eviction on Friday. Her choice is based on her first impression of the others. She can't tell anyone and the nomination will be live. She says she will get the boring ones out.

HM#2: Arron 23, Manchester, model. Doesn't think he's that good looking but people tell him he thinks he's awesome(?). Thinks he's funny, class clown. Known to be a player.
HM#3: Caroline, 20, Surrey, on second gap year. Posh. Parents are embarrassed but she thinks that's hilarious. Doesn't want to get involved in tasks if they make her look silly. Says she repels males. Impatient. Audience boos. Youngest hm in the house.
Brian says 13 more hms to come.

Yes, what a mess! The audience are going to hate her for being a toff unless she ends up being really special in some way. If she's up for eviction I think she might go.
I get the feeling Deana's idea of "boring housemates" might be any girl who's better looking than she is.

HM#4: Shievonne, 28, London, was Playboy Bunny for a year. Loads of energy. Needs steady show of sugar. Doesn't want a relationship, likes being centre of attention but says she doesn't need it. Likes having fun. Is positive 97% of the time, but not if she doesn't get sleep. Can hula hoop for 20 minutes.
HM#5: Conor, 24, Derry, says he's the sexiest 24 yr old in Derry. Says he looks good, shaves everywhere (except his face, apparently). Never chatted up a woman, they've always approached him. Says he's going to be walking around naked.
(Have to say it, Conor is wearing ridiculous trousers.)
Just noticed they've got name tags pinned on them!
HM#6: Lauren, 20, Jersey. Student in Criminology and Sociology(? missed it). Worked on dad's farm. Tom boy, gymnast, black belt in karate. Used to being cooped up on a small island so should be ok in the house.
HM#7: Luke, 31, Wales, Chef. Married, was a ladies man before that. Fun, mischievous. Likes female attention. Was born a female, doesn't know if he's going to tell the others.

Name tags are a great idea for everyone. I liked how last season they showed everyones names in the clips, although it eventually got old.
Lauren's cute in that overdone sort of way... she has fantastic eyes.

Lauren's my favourite so far. Luke might be ok, sounds like he's trying to be more of a player than he is, but hopefully will be okay when he settles down. The others so far I haven't been too keen on - might make good housemates but they seem like too much of a handful right now.

I always find myself not particularly liking a lot of the HMs on the first night but by the end of the season I generally end up liking-- or loving to hate-- most of them. They do such a great job casting most of the time, and really mix up the personalities well. Sure, sometimes it bombs, but much less than BB US with its stupid stunt casting/trawling bars the weekend before sequester for eye candy process.
I wonder how an American got on BB UK. I would've done that. ;) (well, maybe...)

HM#8: Adam, 27, Dudley, lived in LA, was into gangs, went to prison for B&E and fraud. Now works with young adults with addictions to show them there's a different way. Says he's an acquired cup of tea. If Brian isn't short then this guy is tall and wide! Has 14 sisters and 3 brothers. Desperately wants to milk a cow(!).
HM#9: Sara, 22, Edinburgh, Model. Says modelling is boring. Says some find her intimidating. Would have a relationship in the house. Attracted to chavs. Would go mad if someone ate her food if she was hungry. Confrontational. Audience aren't keen. Eats eight meals a day.
HM#10: Scott, 21, Macclesfield, History student. Labelled posh but says he isn't. Gay, single. Likes to let go, doesn't put on any airs and graces(!?!?!). Audience does not approve! Worked as an Avon representative.

Yes, for the most part they choose housemates with depth, so they're not as one dimensional as a lot of the US ones have been. That... Adam(?), can't think of his name, last year who was in love with Rebeckah was a particularly intriguing one. He came across as deluded but although in some ways he was, he was also smart and very sensitive. I think quite a few of these are going to be okay when they stop acting a part and relax.

He's not really American, he was born in the uk and has a uk passport. Just lived in the US most of his life I guess.
Tho its kind of sad that he's such the stereotypical african "american" male. 17 siblings and did multiple jail sentences.

HM#12: Luke, 25, Liverpool, club promoter, entrepreneur. People think he's arrogant. Was a player. Can't wait to see what girls are in the house. Thinks he's got a strong chance of winning, the audience do not seem to agree. Fan of cougars, wants four kids in the next five years.
HM#13: Lydia, 25, Cheshire, dancer. Was in Mama Mia (the movie). Wants to step out of the shadow of her reality tv fiance'. Sore loser, competitive, likes making people laugh. Logical. Allergic to alcohol.

HM#14: Benedict, 31, Manchester, is the stripper "Johnny Anglais." Used to be a teacher but was sacked because of the stripping and (I think) porn. Can be condescending, strong opinions but says he's a nice person. Was a "butler in the buff!" Multilingual.
HM#15: Chris, 21, Luton, Bailiff and doorman. Squeaky voice for a big guy. Sunbed tan. With women he "gets what he wants." Little bit two-faced. Likes "fake" (appearance) women. Going in there to win. His mum comes aroun once a week to clean his house for him!!
HM#16: Victoria, 41, Berkshire. Was a model. Naughty in her early days. Flirt. Loves attention. Worried that her clothes come off when she drinks. Dog lover. Animal rights activist.

Big Brother over speakers: Deana has to stand, tells others Deanna has immunity but has to nominate three for eviction.
Deanna nominates:
Conor, because they didn't speak that much. (BB says she has to give valid reason) says he didn't make an effort to talk to her.
Victoria, as she has evil eyes (she couldn't think of a reason).
Lydia. No reason given, Deanna says she made the wrong decision when Lydia said she'd made an effort with her.
So nominees are Conor, Victoria and Lydia. One of the three will be evicted on Friday, and one of the wildcard nominees will enter the house on Friday.
