It's a shame they won't convert them into ordinary facebook credits so you could spend them on other things. I bet there are a lot of people who can't use their refund.

I didn't realise that was the name of the song Luke S went out to. So many sirens and things I couldn't identify much of the music. They did ask him about the button a lot but then to be fair to them, apart from Lushleigh that was the biggest thing by far that happened to him in there.

Glad they kicked out Conor if he's going to make threats. I noticed and was relieved they didn't pay him much attention in either the finale or BOTS. Horrible if they're picking on Luke A's wife, BB should be sorting that out for them.

the whole way through the series even before the BMI comment Becky's sister under the Becky's account was slamming LukeA heavily and after the comment it only got worse. apparently even retweeting a tweet that called LukeA a c**t. It also didn't help that she rolled her eyes when she in her interview had to talk about LukeA's wife.

I have been thinking a bit how Deana could have turned this whole series on its head and made big brother history by nominating three men on the first night. Think if she had nominated Connor, LukeS and Aaron, a guy would have gone first for the first time ever and it would have changed everything, hindsight huh.lol

She'd have put a huge target on her head with the remaining men, but that would have been fun to watch!

I think losing the facebook votes did hurt Deana.

lots of twitters and comments that fans tried to vote deana and the calls wouldnt go thru.

something stinks in denmark LOL

oh well, thank goodness that is all over.
BTW, speaking in a higher pitched voice is common for when people are excited or stressed. adam has spent all of the season doing his "i'm chill" routine.

i'm not a fan.

darn it wish deana won. luvd her sense of humor

Good for TPTB, banning Conor from the wrap party. Still doesn't make up for letting him get the 50K, though. That was such a bad move.

okay so I am bad I voted for LukeS to be gunged, which makes me mean cause I think he has been through a ton of crap about the button ect but of the 5 I had to

They have a twitter vote for top moment and two out of three of them are the moments that ruined this series for me, the white room and face to face nominations during gold rush week. So voted turf wars Ii think they are hoping that White room comes out on top so they can justify it.

Connor apparently said last night he doesn't have the money yet. Wonder if it will be held up because of the OFCOM investigations.

it is the same page they used for the wildcard vote

i am wondering if they are coming out with the voting stats because of the facebook voting controversy cause I dont believe they told us last year any of the stats.

Ah, voting restricted to the UK on that page.

Yep, I think you're right, they're trying to put the controversy to bed. I wonder if they will separate out the Facebook vote... we have that one week for comparisons so that will be interesting.

They're probably going to pick and chose and reveal three stats or something, and I'll have got all excited over nothing ;).

Luke S says he and Ashleigh are okay. He hasn't spoken to Conor. Sara got a letter from Buckingham Palace and cried. Deana's saying Tina was a family friend(!).

The stats they revealed are (they flashed on screen quickly but I think these are mostly correct):

Week 1: Conor 65% to stay, Victoria 17.07%, Lydia 17.87%(I think)

Week 2: Arron 61.61%, Chris 38.37%

Week 3: Benedict 37.64%, Lauren 62.36%

Week 4: Deana 65.61% Lydia 34.39%

Week 5: Arron 12.8%, Deana 45.45%, Conor 20.44%, Becky 20.??%

Week 6: Shievonne 19.67%, Conor 80.33%

Week 7: Lauren 46.20%, Luke A 53.80%

Week 8: Caroline 6.65%, Luke S 7.85% at the final freeze. Luke S had least votes at every freeze of the votes except the last one (Ashleigh's fans voted for him after Ashleigh was saved)

Week 9: Ashleigh 6.41%, Becky 6.?%, Deana and Luke A all the rest (87ish% between them)

Week 10: Deana 40%, Adam 35%, Scott 12.3%, Ashleigh 12.??%

Final vote: Luke A 32.73%, Adam 28.16%, Deana 21.47%

It was strange that Emma acted as if she didn't understand when Adam asked if the Conor v Shievonne vote was more that they disliked Shievonne than that they liked Conor. She said that it was a vote to save so they must have liked him. In a two way it is just like a vote to evict but it's possible that TPTB thought that Conor was popular based on that vote. The folks in charge seem to have gotten so much else wrong, it's possible they don't understand their own show.

Yep I think that might have got them thinking Conor was their star, probably because they wanted to believe that all along (and despite Deanna getting 45% the week before). They acted like Shievonne was hilarious with her catchphrases, so maybe they thought if Conor beat Shievonne by that much he must be loved. They clearly didn't pay attention to Shievonne's downward spiral that last week.

Week 8 was when we had actual figures with Deana at 34%, but they skated around that by just giving the final two votes (not sure with only two left they got 6.65% and 7.85% but never mind!). Maybe there'll be more on the website tomorrow. I really would like to know how the facebook votes compared with the phone ones.

Week 5: Arron 12.8%, Deana 45.45%, Conor 20.44%, Becky 21.3

Why oh why could that have not been a double...

The fact that Connor beat Shiv by that much makes me wish i voted to save her, but didnt care for either of them

Luke and Lauren's vote was close makes me wish Caroline had been up

I wish they had a top 3 minimum each week - that would stop the alliances removing a whole group.

Double evictions should only be on weeks where everyone with a vote goes up.

I didn't realize that Adam wasn't American at all - no dual citizenship or anything - which makes sense since he was born in Britain. He says he's going to court to get his dual citizenship, but I doubt that will happen with an American record (unless he was a juvenile at the time).

I didn't realize that Luke A. was Welsh - I usually have a harder time with the Irish, Scotch & Welsh accents but didn't notice a heavy accent on him.

With TV shows like Big Brother, they never release funds due til after the show wraps. This makes sure everyone fulfills their contractual obligations - showing up for reunion shows, etc.

Some reality show members would never show up for reunion shows if they didn't have this carrot held out. Conor may have been banned from the wrap party, but he was required to walk the carpet at the finale & be at BOTS & probably other obligations.

Luke A's accent isn't really Welsh, hints of it, but not much. He must have moved around quite a lot, or had a lot of non-Welsh voice influences.

If you're not a citizen and do something in the US that is bad enough to get you jailed, you often get deported once the sentence has been served. That doesn't seem to have happened with Adam so maybe he was a juvenile and that's the difference.

I think next season they should do two normal, housemate nominated, vote to save evictions, followed by an everybody up, vote to evict eviction, then repeat that throughout the season. I like that vote to save can get rid of the wallflowers, but there needs to be some way to get rid of the people no one likes, particularly if they're in the popular group and so aren't normally nominated.

Here's the votes breakdown for week 8, when eight were up:

week8

from https://twitter.com/bbuk/status/235771174481719296/photo/1

Facebook voting was halted at 6pm, but comparing the two sets of votes:
Name Facebook% Total%
Deana 34% 19.7%
Luke A 21% 23.2%
Adam 19% 16.7%
Sara 11% 14.9%
Ashleigh 5% 5.8%
Luke S 1% 3.1%
Conor ?? 12.1%
Caroline ?? 4.6%

Deana had a huge Facebook following compared to her phone following, the rest didn't change much at all. Now if only I knew what percentage of the total votes were Facebook votes!!

They've released the votes for all the races in graphic format, if anyone wants to read them they're linked to from the main twitter: https://twitter.com/bbuk

I finally saw the finale' and even though I wanted Deana to win, it was a good outcome. I didn't understand Adam being second, but, whatever. I hope that the producers realize Conor should have been removed, but I won't hold my breath; I don't know if the show could get fined, but if that happened, that would be great. I liked that Victoria said something about Conor on bots yesterday, but I don't think Luke A knew what she was talking about. The final 5 looked very happy, Luke A looked over the moon, it was great to see a nice person win. All in all, I hope they all do well in their ventures, but I'm glad this season is over.

Thank you so much for all the stats, Kitt. Very nice of you to go to all the trouble to catch and print them.

Did they not count the facebook votes for Deana? I wanted her or Sara to win. How wonderful that Sara got a letter from Buckingham Palace.

What does 'gunged' mean?

They counted Facebook votes until week 8, when there was some issue with them (possibly someone hacking facebook credits but they never said). After that you could only vote by phone. The one time they did release the facebook voting percentages Deana was way ahead of the others on facebook, but now we see from the total votes (facebook plus phone) she was running second most of the time in the total. You could vote from overseas on Facebook, so people are suggesting she got votes from India, or it's just that facebook has a different demographic.

Gunged is when they pour slimey stuff all over your head. They do it in kids shows sometimes.

Kitt you could only vote from overseas if you used a proxy that would say you were in England. i think the facebook made it more accessible and you could pay in advance rather than getting the bill at the end of the month, you knew exactly what you were spending and your limit. Plus I think a lot of people buy credits for games and such and it is easy to just do a little extra that way.

According to Deanna on twitter one of Connor's fans messaged her said she should watch Connor's exit interview and posted her a link , they said he has apologized and she should tell people to move on. Deanna messaged back that Connor has not apologized to her she also messaged that at BBOTS she found no one was interested in hearing her reply/ So the gag order continues lol

Deana gave a radio interview, link below. It looks like it was uploaded today, I'm not sure of the date of the interview, but I don't think that long ago. She address' Conor and what he said, I'm glad she is speaking out. No apology from anyone, it makes me wonder why. He really should have been kicked out.

Ofcom concluded their investigation of this summer's BB. Regarding Conor:

McIntyre made comments of a sexual and physical nature against fellow contestant and housemate Deana Uppal. The aggressive remarks related to the insertion of an epilator, which many viewers considered to be bullying.

Big Brother summoned McIntyre to the Diary Room about his comments and he was also quizzed on his conduct during his exit interview. He apologised for his actions during a visit to the Diary Room.

However, Ofcom has ruled that this did not "remedy the very high level of offence that was caused" and said that the broadcaster had not applied generally accepted standards, and Rule 2.3 of the Code was breached.

Not that it's not all too late, but it might have repercussions for future BBs.

They also were not happy about the suspension of Facebook voting before the end of the season. The most interesting thing about that to me though was (if I read the article correctly), only 1363 viewers had unused facebook votes... that seems a really low number.

http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/tv/s149/big-brother/news/a439235/big-brother-breached-ofcom-code-over-conor-incident-facebook.html

A new Celebrity BB starts in January. Rumours are beginning to come out about the celebs, but they're usually wrong this early.
