On tonight! Jonathan and Ana made some bad decisions with respect to their game play last leg. It may come back to haunt them.

There are many warning signs about Jonathan, including the couple's back-story, and the editing, and I truly hope the network is not exploiting this for ratings. Either way, if he is or is not dangerous to her, it is probably wrong for them to be exploiting the audience this way.

Unfortunately they stayed and Scott and Lori are out. Both teams voted to do U Turn. Jonathan just stopped working several times.

So bummed about the couple philiminated. I'm just wondering why they struggled so much with the coral when the guys told them the colors are important. Maybe they weren't looking at texture?
Jonathan is like a giant infant. his tantrums are so tiring. Poor Ana trying to placate his giant baby ass. UGH. I want them off my TV.

Yeah, Jonathan is definitely a bully. I was surprised at her narrative that he was there for her when they lost the ectopic pregnancy. Doesn't seem his style. His style is more "stop crying" as he said in this episode.

I was wondering if both Scott and Lori might be colorblind, as they didn't seem to be seeing the same color distinctions the young guys saw and clued them in about.

Juju, I had the same thought about whether or not they might be colorblind.
I don't know what left me more speechless - Jonathan's behavior or the way Ana defended him.

We obviously haven't seen the side of Jonathan that helped Ana thru the tragedy. Not defending him just that she sees other sides to him.

In their interview Scott and Lori said their coral dried out a lot while they were doing the challenge, so the colors changed somewhat. What wasn't shown is that they finally figured that out, so they re-wet the coral and then found the one piece that was wrong.

To underline the express pass was wasted, the couples started several hours apart to almost all waiting for the same plane. I think John and Ann had almost an hour lead.

The U-turn is not fair, in order to do that properly they would need to do half the group when there is more that 8 teams to justify it.
I dont like it that the weaker teams get an advantage in this fashion.
They were my favorite team. Probably wont watch anymore this season.

Scott and Lori were not a weak team. Didn't one of the other teams say that S&L were in the top three every leg?

Yes, Scott and Lori started coming in top three every time. That is why they got targeted. They came in second even when Lori had to do the rice threshing by herself, and she got 25 pounds to do vs. 15 and 20 pounds for other teams.

Lori actually had the fastest time on the rice threshing, despite the extra weight.
She revealed that in exit interview with Jessica Liese of RHAP.
They said their handicap wasn't being older but being slower runners

To me the amazing race is about a race not a survivor lets vote a team out. Essentially by having a team do both sides was a death sentence for these tasks. They could have structured a little better allowing time to catch up. Finding a surfboard was too quick of a challenge. Though the main point it is called a race for a reason.
