Oh, they had to find a man in Red Phone Booth to get a clue, there were several men with only a few clues. I wonder if they all knew what a phone booth was, LOL.
The clue then says to go to Buckingham Palace.

Lulu and Lala took a cab and got there.
Michael and Mo were eliminated from the race.
Now they will race London in the daytime. First clue is at the Postal Museum, Mail Rail delivers mail under the city.
