Whoo Hoooooo!!

I hope they'll have a good Erik replacement for me

Truthfully though, I really hope they pick a great cast like they did last time.
I group that plays off each other, jokes around...

I don't want serious people..

You get enough of them in the regular Moles..

I read somewhere else that Ahmed Rashad will be back as host, too.

I agree, they need a cast with good interaction and lots of joking!

I would also like to see them play for charity. This show is easy compared to what they had to endure on Get me out of here, and they all did it for charity.

But does this mean that the ones starring everyday people are dead? Booooo!

Pamy, on get me out of here, they did it for charity and the $100,000.00 they made for themselves.

Bastable, that's what I say....Booo! I like the real one too. I want both. And I want Anderson back.

Pamy, Kathy said they tried to get the celebs to play for money but none of them would do it if they didn't get paid.

I saw Andersen briefly on CNN yesterday. As much as it pains me, I can see why he'd be more interested in working toward becoming the next Tom Brokaw rather than a reality game show host. :(

Glad to see any form of the Mole back again. I do wish they'd kick in some money for charity. Get Me Out of Here contestants were paid and so was the charity. The Mole could do both as well.

Very Ready for the Mole, too.

I must say this is one show I consistently pick incorrectly..I don't read the clues they leave and see clues where there are none.

I haven't been on TVCH for the Mole yet so maybe I will have better insight with you folks -- sure was true for Survior and Big Brother.

And for me, it's anticipating the 'red' screen and the dramatic music that grabs me every time.

I miss Anderson too. I see him on CNN but I want to see his humor on The Mole.

As for playing for charity I don't agree. I think they play harder and better if the money is for themselves. I also think they deserve it. As much as I love reality shows they are taking jobs from actors. Actors should have a chance to win too.

Boo Hiss, I want Anderson back and "real " people. Stamping my foot and having a tantrum here. But if all else fails, I would be lying if I said I would not watch this show, even with famous people. <grumbling>

I loved the celebrity edition but I'd love to see a normal one with real people and more episodes.

There have been lots of rumblings lately on the message boards at ABC.com about The Mole. Supposedly (it is still a rumor after all), the new Celeb Mole is currently being filmed or just finished filming in Mexico. It says that Ahmad is back to host and even mentions Baldwin as a possible commentator (or something). There have also been rumors (at ABC.com as well as other message boards) that the ratings for this particular edition will be the deciding factor as to whether or not ABC produces another Mole with everyday players. Hopefully we will have a premiere date very soon!

Here is the original ABC.com message board post:

ABC's next 'Celebrity Mole' filming in Mexico? - Reported by: AyaK on 05-21-2003

OK, so some other people claimed 'Survivor 7' would take place in Mexico, and it turned out they were wrong. However, RealityTVWorld.com has received an exclusive tip that one reality show is currently taking place in Mexico: the next edition of ABC's Celebrity Mole.

According to our source, Celebrity Mole 2 (also known as The Mole 4) is currently filming at the luxurious Occidental Grand Flamenco Xcaret Resort & Spa in the ancestral Mayan center of Xcaret Park in Playa del Carmen, about an hour from Cancun. The tipster listed Dennis Rodman, Tracey Gold, Mark Curry and "two women" among the contestants, with Ahmad Rashad returning as host. Also, Celebrity Mole Hawaii victims Stephen Baldwin and Corbin Bernsen were present, perhaps as "commentators" about the misadventures of this group

I found this on E! Online today -

TUBE TALK: Actors Stephen Baldwin, Corbin Bernsen and former NBA star Dennis Rodman among those celebs set to appear in the second season of ABC's The Mole, which just finished shooting.

Crazydog, he is comedian. He had an HBO One Night Stand several years ago, and he had a tv show called Hanging With Mr. Cooper that was on in the early/mid 90's.

mark curry is an african-american actor who also played the boss on the 'drew carey show' for a time. (even for one of the contest episodes). he was okay on 'hanging with mr. cooper', but he always fudged his lines on the 'drew carey show', which had me counting half of what he said as errors, when it turned out he just couldn't recite his lines! not a great actor, IMO, but he should be a fun contestant.
not sure why bernsen and baldwin would be back as contestants--if that is why they are there this time around--but i did find them 'entertaining in a highly obnoxious way' on the last celebrity mole. LOL

Oh, I was thinking it was one of Stephen's brothers on the first one.
