there are a variety of websites were you can either view a TV show or download one without torrents or newsgroups. as BBAU gets closer, I'll do some investigating. I hardly watched last season Live Feeds at all. They kept cutting out or going upside down >LOL< anyways, I am thinking of getting the feeds this year and will need major help from you guys as to how to watch the TV show....I am just on Light Speed Cable. Will that make a difference?

Sunshyne, right before BBAU begins, there are usually about a week of "technical help" posts from our resident technobrains that should be able to help you out ...

Wasn't sure if I should put this here, or in last years aussie bb. David is on Dancing With The Stars-the aussie version! He has survived the first elimination, even though he apparently has 2 left feet. On week 2, he improved his score by 10 or so points.(which is pretty good as that the first week he got 18 out of a possible 50 points) If you want to check it out, David has a pretty good website-that he actually blogs on!- www.farmerdave.com.au It also show links of Dancing with the Stars. I don't have that link to share, but google away!! It's on 7 in australia. p.s. Dave is playing for charity, to benefit the farmer's who are suffering from awful drought.

Just as a heads up, I've added a message board to my BB website and have created a section on that board for international discussion (I'll seperate BBUK and BBAUS when things get going this summer.) It is my intention to post more BBAUS feed caps this year than I did last year, and I'll post them on that forum. Link And THEN Care and I have to tell you all about Second Life! Autumn, I mean Care, we have a LOT of recruiting to do! LOL!!!

Hey guys! Not much new to report. Been reading BBBA a little bit more and apparently Bree posted on her myspace that FNL is back again this year, but the important part is that she says it starts "sometime in April"...so it looks like BB should have a start-date of late April again. :D That's MUCH better news than mid-May, which is what I've been hearing. Here's hoping!

Hi Care!! I was reading over there the other day and it sounded like they would be starting May 6th. Maybe Bree's contract starts in late April, I was wondering -- aren't they in the house for a few days before the start. How funny I can't remember, is the kickoff the day they go into the house? Oh well, early May would be better than late May.

Yah people are going back and forth between April 22nd to early May....no one knows for sure. Apparently Bree stated word for word that the show itself (FNL) starts in April, not her contract. She couldn't give specific dates (because they're not allowed), but seemed very clear that the show would start then. So that left people speculating that the first FNL would be April 27th, with the show launching on April 22nd (HMs entering the house on April 21st). That'd have them in the house almost a week before it started. That is the same time it started last year, so I don't think it's all that far-fetched and it could be wishful thinking....I guess we'll see.

apparently on the http://forum.behindbigbrother.com/ they have spotted that starting April 22 there is programing called "seriously big programing" listed o n the schedule which matches previous big brother series.

Saw that Kellee. I really never thought April 22nd was a far fetched start date, last year's series began April 23rd. We shall see, but I really wouldn't be shocked if it starts that early at all.

Looks like April 22nd is right!! I just got this email today. Just a friendly reminder that BEHIND BIG BROTHER 2007 IS COMING! We have a new website in the works soon to be launched. So when does Big Brother 7 start? All sources point to Sunday April 22 as the launch date and there are rumours the show will be merged with Rove Live, which already has the Sunday timeslot. Our web host, Jumba Hosting has been nominated in the APC Internet Technology Awards 2007 and we are calling for your vote! Jumba has been hosting Behindbigbrother since 2003 and provides the site with hosting, souped up forum servers and fancy techie extras like voicemail lines without which the site would not be what it is today.

Yes, the BBBA forums are mostly awesome (except for the trolls).....they're actually up year 'round. That's from behindbigbrother.com which seems to be the only BBAUS fan site I go to regularly, lol. It's so informative I think even the Australian papers mess up sometimes and call that the official site, lol. I can't wait till the official site has something more on it besides the Golden Key business! I'm anxious! Less than a month to go. :D

Okay guys, and here comes the faint trickle of NEWS.... NO more slappers, an environment-friendly space, more worldly wise contestants and a neat freak will make up Big Brother's 2007 house. And the Federal Government is threatening to gatecrash the three-month Gold Coast party, according to the show's executive producer Kris Noble. That's thanks to the intense scrutiny the show was put under by horrified politicians after last year's infamous ``turkey slapping'' incident on BB's internet site. "The (moral) climate has changed a fraction and we have to be far more mindful of what has happened,'' Noble told TV editor Marcus Casey yesterday. "There was a perception last year that it was a sleazy show and while I don't believe it was, the perception was out there. "We got rid of those two (turkey slapping) boys but the result is there is now a big brother looking over Big Brother's shoulder and we have to be mindful of that.'' That follows Communications Minister Helen Coonan ordering authorities to conduct a review of reality TV regulations after public complaints last year. The result of the review is due in late next month - the same time the seventh season is to begin _ and Noble said they had little choice but to mend their ways. But while not giving too much away, Noble said BB will monitor the housemates' green credentials in their re-designed cage and institute a tougher fines system. There will be older, more life-experienced contestants - and not all looking like models - and one will have a mild obsessive compulsive disorder of the tidy kind.

OMG, this sounds interesting! I like the more life-experienced contestants and it will be funny to see how a real life "Monk-type" puts up with the others.

the way I look at it ... we only have a month left to retrain ourselves to adding/subtracting a dozen hours to our clocks to figure out what time it is in AUS ... retrain ourselves to keep one eye on the feeds and the other on our paying jobs ... get into the habit of setting our alarms to 5:25 friday mornings ... and keep those Urban and Australian Dictionaries bookmarked so we can figure out "what are they TALKING about?" Bring it!

I love that too, LG....same on BBUK. It's one of the main things I'd wish they'd do for BBUSA....ACT like BB and use the dang voice!! Instead, on our version, the HGs are in charge.
