Now, everytime Sharon says Babeees or Furrriends,

Imitation is the highest form of flattery

I do Klaw, I think Nat's is more obvious though because of her references to God speaking to her and her constant God speak. I have said in previous posts that Adam lost me right away w/ his reference to children with Autism as retards. Sharon with her looking the other way and laughter of the things James and Chelsea did and Ryan with some of his actions. I think Nat's though are the most obvious because she herself, puts herself up on a pedestal as God told me this, I was chosen for that, etc etc. As I said, she will be judged just as they and others do. I think we all however judge them by our own standards as we are human and they are put on that TV show for what is supposed to be entertainment. I think even if you support Nat's faith or anyone else's aren't you judging it and deeming it to be worthy of your standards?

Sure, Nat may be struggling with it. We are all told we will struggle with it. I just think it can be a convienent thing to her. Having just lost my mother to cancer and never watching her faith waiver, even I, am a little more critical of others in some ways now because of seeing what she went through and her faith never once waivering or questioning it.

See, I think Nat puts aside her faith for her other needs. Example, Matt... her belief would wax and wane over her need for male attention from Matt. I just find it frankly sickning that she sat there wide eyed, lying with the Bible in her lap. Just really made me ill and yes, as I said... some of those feelings are due to my own personal issues that I just went through. I think it's human that we apply our own life experiences in looking at others. I just know what my flaws are though, which I just don't see Nat as having the ability to do.

Tissy: ya, what's that about...? Sharon has even made comments to James that she (nat) is NOW giving the g/ps attention (much more than before)... She has even gone so far as to copy the high pitch squeal of Sharon and calling them "faaarrrriends"....

IMO-- it's quite sad that she is almost 30 and she hasn't smoothed out her past... The more she protests that she is always bubbly and happy, the more obvious that she is just telling herself and others that... It's her shield....

No one in this entire world, past and present is that happy, bubbly.... sure, we have great times and then not so great (omg-- i just heard sheila's voice when i just typed 'not so great' eeek) but it is impossible to be in her state of bliss 24/7/365 and be able to navigate thru society.... Impossible... (as usual and customary to my posts, this is strictly JMHO)

Shop, nice post. I too lost my mom, who was truely a devout Christian her entire 88 years, last December. Then 4 days after her funeral, lost my husband to cancer. So I totally get what you're saying, that our own lives and experiences affect how we view others.

Shop, see I have never heard Natalie declare herself to be an expert when it comes to religion or to be the perfect Christian. There is no question that Natalie is not fully committed yet and I am okay with that. Her relationship with God is between them. He knows what is in her heart and what is not.

I don't think Nat is trying to steal Sharon's thunder with the gps, I think she thinks Sharon will be gone before her so she is in training for that day.

In order to hear God speak to her, wouldn't she have to shutup and be quiet first? sorry! just couldn't resist!

I agree that Nat's sweetness is partly a defense mechanism...but I think most of it is genuine. We know she had a tough childhood, so being "the nice but naughty one" was a way to get people to notice her. If she goes this week, she'll probably have a good cry, then go to the jury house and have fun with Matt (and hopefully not have a lot of problems with Jo/Ch/Ja...), then make what she thinks is the best decision in the F2.

(I actually am afraid of what might happen if she does make F2, especially if Sharon goes before then-the jury questioning from those 4 would be brutal)...

There is no perfect Christian. I never said anywhere that Nat said she was. I stated that I find her lacking for me personally for X reasons. Those are MY reasons for not rooting or enjoying her and what I see as "flaws" in her or what I may not like in her. While her relationship w/ God is, as with anyone, a personal thing between her and God... it is also now open fodder on a TV show leaving us all to comment. As I said, I find her Christianity a convienent thing that she raises the flag for when it works and others when it doesn't. My main criticism was the lie being told while sitting there holding the Bible, and then returning to quote it all w/o even blinking. I find that, IMO, pretty heinous... it just makes me really ill. These are my criticisms, and my reasons for not believing her, and my doubts that I have of her. Even her talk about her abortions, never once did I hear her say, I am so sorry for having done that or speak of it w/ regret. She was telling a story and being the center of attention. These are things I see in her that really make me question her.
