On the same topic - I don't think it's fair that Natalie has been able to paint using nail polish & now actual paints. Natalie uses painting & art as a way of stress relief & a "sanctuary" of sorts. If they let her paint, they should let James have a bike, etc. Part of BB is being cooped up in a house with NOTHING TO DO! And NO COMMUNICATION to the outside & now she's allowed to pass a card to Mattie? Oh please. <66>

Some use the bible as 'sanctuary' - this should not be allowed either, IMO, since the whole idea is to put people under stress and force them to interact with each other. BB can make up any rules they want, it's their show.

Although I'm on Nat's side, I agree that she shouldn't be allowed to write or draw.

Mama ... I agree with you on Nat being allowed to paint... The otheres don't get to bring in their knitting or favorite novel why does Natalie get to paint...it is a form of stress relief for her

Heh heh...the bible thing reminds me of something funny that Dick said last year: "The History of Porn is my bible, why can't I have it in the house?" I was never a fan of Dick, but I must say that his comment was quite hilarious, and really made a good point.

Rose, I understand that it's BB and they can have the rules however they want but it's unfair to viewers (like me) who have an understanding of the same set rules year after year. Not sure how I feel about the whole bible thing. I don't think BB will ever take away the bible from the house as it may appear anti-christan, etc. *Edited to add: It's both unfair to the viewers and current players.

Oh, yes, Mama, I do agree with you. but...the producers say one thing and do another all the time. Just like when Julie says at the end of the show that you can tune in online and watch 24/7, then when you turn on the live feed, they're blocked! No one said BB was fair, and they can make up rules as they go along, until the viewers get so fed up that they stop watching! And we know that ain't gonna happen!

I remember from previous years ....on live show day .... we always saw them first thing in morning CLEANING ..scrubbing bathrooms, mopping, vacuming and cleaning HOH bathroom...etc. they don't seem to do that anymore ....

So, do we know for sure that Natalie will be able to send the card to Matt? Or is this speculation. Because jury-tampering would be the worst that BB has allowed to happen, and the show would even lose more credibilty. Personally, I think the producers control the whole thing, and if James does not win the show, I'll be really surprised.

From what I've seen this year, this group of HG have keep the common areas pretty clean. Plus, Sheila pretty much makes sure the kitchen is always clean. lol

Rose, I hadn't even considered jury-tampering but I think you're correct. Sending that card w/o James' signature and some kind of note about James would be total tampering, IMO. Good point.

James shouldn't have to put himself on the line like that... It is up to BB to control these things

Who is to say that Matt is really going to receive the card? If Joshuah is the one taking it, it may never make it, but Natalie won't know that.

Well now we have gone full circle Wednesday, April 02, 2008 - 9:03 am Nat is making all these pics for Matt. My question is, how does she think she is going to get them to him by his birthday? Does she think that Josh will take them after she evicts him???

Needle... I also thought that was weird how Natalie won HOH when she didn't get the last question right and thus didn't move forward... But frankly the whole contest was confusing to me.

I think the fact that Matt may never get them via Josh is not even the point. The point is they're allowing her to do any of it.

I hate to rehash this again but Needle, Jucy & bonbon, ITA. I felt that the Veto comp was COMPLETELY geared towards Natalie. I don't think any of it is rigged towards James. of course, I love james. lol

<66> I wondered that last week when Nat won HOH, with her 7 fascination, and they even emphasized it on the show, all her sevens . . . ( Like they did the week before with the 8's and she happened to guess in the DR that because Evel Dick, with 8 letters in his name, was coming to the house! Was there a hint, hint?) Ok, so think about it, there were 7 questions in the HOH contest . . . Who ever was "ahead" after 7 questions, not like it was when they used this contest before. Then you had to get to the last place, this time it was a star, and Nat missed the last question, she did not move forward, so even she was shocked when she was announced winner. There was one star to go and if the questions had gone on, until someone reached the 8th star, (couldn't have that, 8 was last week) we might have had a different HOH! But we had to have it be a 7!!! <66>
