No matter what Adam does, James won't confront him. Hmmm. What did Adam tell Nat about the beer? I thought there was one for Nat.

I'd love to have that Bear chess set.

James was hoping Nat would be upset about the beers. He's trying to rile her up.

I agree Cricket, Sharon is very fake...

It's hard for me to watch, Chew. She can be dissing someone so bad and they walk in, it's "Hi, Babe!" Bleh!

I wonder if we'll ever see the real Sharon in this game.

Seatlemom, I don't even care how much she preaches her religion, I just don't like how she calls other people who aren't religious evil doers. Also I understand that they all have to scramble and make deals, but her attitude that she can do it because she is only lying to them anyway but they can't do it, just rubs me the wrong way, her sense of entitlement drives me nuts. I won't even start on her personality, sunny my butt, fake is more like it. oK rant over, I just go to the feeds she isn't on.

I didn't realize that Ryan named the team but IMO it is Nat who is all gung ho religiously....

I am religious but I feel that religion is private, I do not want to see it as a "tool/team name" in a reality show...

I do NOT like discussing religion with people outside my circle of family and friends so if my comments on mentioning TC lead into that, I will say goodnight in advance :-) I come here to relax and chill with you all. Moving and unpacking is nutso, lol, I miss you guys and you all keep me sane during this time! ;)

Char, to be fair, Sharon is no better. She said the other day she was the real Christian in the house and the best person in the house.

While Nat does go on about Christianity and God, I don't think she even takes herself that seriously and a lot of it is just talk.

About James crying in HOH while talking to Adam, BB edited and didnt show that actually James burst into crying AFTER Adam said to him, "I cant put you up James, you arent going on the block" THEN James burst into tears. James didnt cry to get him to not get put up but almost as in disbelief and felt Adam's kindness. I guess BB didnt want that part in so that the next part of the show, nominations, wouldnt spoil.

<24>

I have to say I think it is funny how we all see such differant things in people, I wonder if most of it is just based on how those people affect our favorites. Maybe I wouldn't be so hard on Natalie if she wasn't so hateful to James, and maybe <24> wouldn't be so hard on him if he was nicer to Natalie. I remember wishing they would team up and thought they would make an awesome team. What do you all think about that.

Cricket, I hear you. Jacob is very religious; remember eppy numero uno when he received his key and had his bible and his "schtick" was christian orientated? He and Sharon were the religious ones. I have NO probs with that! I had no issues with Nat either until she started spouting it every other word. IMO she helped both Ryan and Adam with their spirituality ( as in, encouraged it) but also IMO has now recently gone way overboard and that everything is Christ-based. The team name and the constant reference to TC bothers me. Sorry this is the USA, no religion in public schools, CBS is last time I checked an American institution.

llkoolaid, I would answer your question more thoroughly but I'm just exhausted and am going to have to get to bed. I will say though that I think you are absolutely right about our like or dislike for someone has alot to do with how they and their game play is affecting our favorites. Anyway gotta run, Night Night everyone!

No matter what, I really think it's weird that both Chels and James seem to have vented all their anger toward Nat. How is she more responsible for their leaving than anybody else? It is ridiculous. Come to think of it, you could add Josh to that list.

<24> I have to say that I do find some good qualities in some of them afterall there is a silver lining in every cloud, you just sometimes have a hard time finding it.

Llk...I would like to have seen them work together, too.
It was just not meant to be.

The thing about the HGs is that an equal list of good things and bad things could be written in lists a mile long.
For me, it's all about the gameplay.

I prefer one style of gameplay over another.

Char...you're right...this is the USA. Which means freedom of religion, each allowed to practice their own way.

Natalie takes the brunt of the Team Christ thing, even though she didn't create the name. She also is called out for the "Chosen One" comment even though it was about being the chosen one to hold her family together.

It's easy to see each of their faults. I'm more interested in seeing how each of them further themselves in the game.

Curious, I have the feeds and like Nat very much. Many traits that Ll posted could be said of all the women, esp. Sheila.

I don't see Nat as interrupting as much as trying to finish what she's saying after being talked over by the others. That's what happened last night when they were playing that game.

I think it has a lot to do with her obsession with Matt and her need to send them packing because of Matt and she created a mob mentality with the rest of them, she kept the focus of Adam, Sheila and Ryan, and also her constant proclamations of good versus evil. That might have had something to do with it. Or maybe they just don't like her. I don't know. lol

I hear ya, Charsmom. I didn't watch the first epi, I guess, because I don't remember much of Jacob at all, only that he used the tough lingo like Sharon does when she's ranting.

I think being in the house 24/7 might make them all talk about religion more than they might in the real world. I don't see Nat preaching when she's out with her friends. I could be wrong, but I think being stuck in the house might make her do it more.

I agree it shouldn't be a huge deal in the house, but it always seems to end up being that way.

My guess on why James and Chelsia have vented their frustration at Natalie is that she appears to personify the people who have probably been mean to them in their past. She's the popular person, the pretty one, the one who's all smiles, <24> the one who's concerned about her appearance, the one with the "cool" group of friends. They're the high school <24>, James for obvious reasons, Chelsia because she's kind of hard and rocker-ish.

And Natalie picks them out as evil because they're <24> the people who are different, the people she doesn't understand, who don't think like her, don't care about the things she cares about, and aren't impressed when she's so perky.

They're all just reliving high school.

You hit the nail on the head, Ll. I like her for the very reason that she won't let James snow her. She was just saying, "Lie to me once; you're dead." That, IMO, is the best way to play this game in the house. He was so lying to her and would never have gone through with any deal. That's why he hates her so..she won't let him snow her. That's why I like her so. I don't like players like him.
