Josh had a hissy-fit earlier because Sheila was campaigning for Sharon to stay, but sent James to do HIS campaigning for him. I sooooo hope Josh is gone tomorrow.

You're the best Seamom. It takes a special person to be that warm to everyone. (I'm not explaining that well, sorry)

Thank you, Lucy - the sad thing is that I was wearing my glasses when looking at James & thinking he had a bare strip on top of his head. Geri, you wrote previously, wondering about a "BB Board" in which buttons are pressed for pre-recorded messages to the HGs... I was thinking the same thing earlier this week when a voice called out, "Stop That!" No names, just, "Stop That!" Seattlemom, ITA about Nat being a good waitress in a diner. She's so friendly - I can imagine people requesting to sit in her section. (I certainly would!)

Sharon was protesting just a little too much about her and Adam. Now she's sitting there while Nat works on Sharon and the wheels are turning in her head as she figures out a way to get the conversation back to her favorite subject--her.

<<---pass thru post here The BB announcements are pre-recorded. Their names, the instructions, etc. They do, indeed, push a button that plays the recording. That's why they always sound the same. From time to time, they come up with a new one, but they are all pre-recorded. Don Wollman (sp?) does them. Last year, they did one that said "Don't be a Dick", so sometimes they tailor them to the specific season. Be back in an hour or so.

As a past "beauty school dropout"....I will explain that Natalie has "color" skills....LOL! In order to get a true "pink" color hair or fire-engine red, or bubblegum blue, or platinum blonde for that matter.......the clinician must FIRST bleach out the hair to as white as you possibly can without damaging it too much....then when the hair is basically "without color" you put the toner (actual color) in the hair. Notice when James's hair is done....the last couple of times, Chelsea only put the pink color in....no bleach...Natalie knew that it must be bleached first..... Watch how much prettier of a PINK James's hair comes out this time....

hi everyone. popping in and out as usual they just talked about that Caycaye. They did not have the Blonde bleach. BB gave them some kind of ASH blonde hairdye instead. it came in their basket the week they won HOH. so chels just put it on top best she could. I was quite surprised that James is not allowed to leave it blonde since the PINK company is his sponsor? Seems strange that CBS would allow that. (LOL Cay, I wanted to be a hairdresser when I was a kid. Now as an adult I see what grueling work it truly is and I'm glad I didnt do it.)

Have Ryan and Adam had an original game thought yet? Seems to me they have just followed along with whatever Natalie (and to a certain extent) Sheila has told them to do. I wish they would decide to go against them and do whatever they want to do. It would make the game so much more interesting. Oh, and I'm waiting for Sheila to win "her" HOH. I guess that could happen if they had a whining contest. Or a contest that was all about her.

Caycaye, As a professional hairdresser for 22 years, I also admire Nat's skill. HOWEVER!!! A: I cringed when she mixed bleach w/30 volume peroxide in a METAL BOWL. B: James' hair had been previously lightened and she was applying bleach to ends and roots. She should have applied roots first, then ends-after about 15 mins approx. I sure hope he has some super strong hair, or his mowhawk will be breaking off!!! ( he probably wouldn't care though and just cut it off/shorter) C: Her highlighting technique is great, for someone who has thick hair/or is desperate! Again, she was applying bleach/30 volume peroxide to previously lightened hair on thin hair. Hope Sharon's hair doesn't break off! D: In Chelsia's defense, Bleach wasn't available to them. Neither one seemed to have brought it with. Nat brought the bleach into the house, and is sharing it with both James and Sharon. E: In James' case the MANIC PANIC color that he uses needs to be applied frequently, as that those vibrant shades fade VERY quickly from bleached hair. Especially when exposed to sunlight and harsh detergent's/shampoo's. Again, I am totally impressed with Nat's hairdressing skill's!!

Thanks, Sunshyne...I was just getting back on the computer and missed the earlier conversations....LOL! Yeah....I quit beauty school over 25 yrs. ago with only a couple of months left....(Then GREASE came out...and my husband led the UNENDING JOKES and singing to me of the song "Beauty School Dropout"! LOL!)I was really good, and I enjoyed doing hair....so after 2 months in school, they had me on the floor working 9 hour days with no lunch, etc....to make money off of me...they didn't even make me go to class because I was stupid enough to "ace" the practice state exam and so, I was their money-making machine.... But more than resenting the school...I realized that working that hard for the money took all the fun out of doing hair....but over the years I have saved so much money doing all my family's cuts, colors, etc. that I more than made up for my tuition...and I, too, am GLAD I didn't choose that for my career! LOL! I GIVE THE BIGGEST KUDOS TO HAIRDRESSERS EVERYWHERE!!! Hard work!!!

P.S. Caycaye, I also went to beauty school in the era of the movie Grease. My name is Sandi. I can't tell you how many time the song "Beauty School Dropout" was sung to/at me! And every time I had to remind the singer...IT WAS PINKY WHO DROPPED OUT-NOT SANDI!!!! Cracked me up! Kinda ironic that we're talking about another pinky/james..lol

Sbeachy.... Working with bleach is really dangerous for non-experts...and I know from talking with my hairdresser that many things have changed in twenty years, and products change yearly....A little knowledge isbetter yhan none, but whenever I advise anyone anything about streaking and bleaching...I always say.,....GO To A SALON!!!! lol!

I'm still happy James is keeping the pink look. He needs to not change anything to keep his winning streak going.

I think it's been a pretty fun and mellow night in the house. I didn't see it all, but the bits I did see looked like fun. I'm amazed at Natalie's energy...she colored two people's hair and painted several pictures and had great joy about her as she did so. Everyone seemed to be getting along well tonight and be having bits of fun. Someone suggested it might be boring without Josh, but since I didn't see much of him tonight, I take this to be how it will be when he's gone...and it was rather delightful.
