Yes, either what "evil" did is wrong, and "good" shouldn't do it, or what "evil" did is a tactic in the game, which can be used by "good" when in trouble. "Good" can't claim the moral highground if they're going to do the same thing "evil" did in the same circumstances.

Maybe I missed it, but I thought Adam explained that Team Christ are a group of people who believe in Him, not people who act like Him. What's wrong with believing? I believe in Christ. Does that mean I have to act like Him all the time?

I'm a good person (lol)...but if someone propelled pickles on me like that, I might consider what I could do back to them too. At this point, she is only talking about it. She hasn't done a thing. Talk is cheap in the BB house. And frankly, in my opinion, Natalie would never actually do something like that. The other side HAS done it.

It's one thing to be a believer and quite another to portray yourself as the chosen one, better than everyone else, despite acting (and speaking) in the same manner as those you condemn.

I do not feel it's my place to judge who is good and who is evil based on things that are happening in a game. IMHO, the houseguests' actions while playing a game do not necessarily reflect who and/or how they are in real life. To me, BB is just a game. I choose my favorite based on how they are playing it, not whether I like them as a person or not. Natalie is my favorite this season, but it doesn't mean I agree with everything she says and does, which I am sure is true for James' fans as well. Although I am impressed with those that are proud to admit their faith, I feel unreasonable expectations are often placed on them and they are judged accordingly. If anything, this season reiterates that for me. With all the religious debate taking place this season, I often feel my own beliefs are on attack and it's frustrating. For that reason, I wish the subject would be banned from BB. At any rate, I still like Natalie and believe she's playing a great game. JMO.

My beef's only with Natalie. The others seem to use Christianity as I would, if I were a Christian. But Natalie condemning people for not believing as she does, and what was today's one, saying God would condemn Adam because he didn't do what she wanted?? That's just not Christian. It doesn't reflect on anybody else's beliefs, Christian or otherwise, just on Natalie's.

I guess I see little difference between Natalie condemning people and people condemning her regardless of religious beliefs.

If Nat did say that, then shame on her and I hope she apologizes to Adam for that. I'm with you Beekind, I am a nice person but somebody throws something at me, it's going right back on them.

saying God would condemn Adam because he didn't do what she wanted?? The words were "if you dont put james up, God wont protect you anymore " I thought that was out of order too

But Klaw, most people don't condemn. Do you know many people who condemn? I certainly don't. It's pretty extreme. To me at least. Criticising is a whole other matter. I criticise them all .

My issue with Natalie is flaunting her prior life and her repented sins to all of America. Once you repent, I think you wouldn't brag about your unChristain like escapades on national tv, let alone her abortions. Bragging about using the boyfriend's urine to get the boob job knowing she is pregant. Doesn't all that disclosure and bragging make it a sin again or show she hasn't truly repented. Team Christ is on shady ground with using racial epitat's. I think they shouldn't cast the first stone. Sherri

In the context of the definition of "condemn," yes, I know many people who do it. People say and do things they wouldn't otherwise in the heat of the moment. Natalie is no exception. I would hope she didn't mean it. If so, then I agree with Denecee...shame on her.

The interesting part for me is they see, Sharon reading the bible and "being the most boring girl in America". But she isn't on Team Christ. She isn't about putting her life before christ out there. I think if you were in a conversation with someone you were trying to convert and saying look this is where I was and Christ saved me, it would be one thing. These are party stories. I am really disgusted, sorry if I am repeating. Sherri

ITA Sher. Using her boyfriend's urine to get the go ahead to have a boob job, and going ahead with it knowing she'd have to get an abortion later pretty much soured me on Nat. IMO that's the worst story I've heard. If she were truly repentant IMO she would not be bragging about it. All my opinion. I'm sure others with have their own views, and that's OK. If she wins the game, good for her..she's been playing really well. But to call herself good and the others evil... not going to fly with me. Just my two cents.

I have no problems with abortions (when pregnancy has occurred by accident or by rape, but not when it's being used for birth control). And I have no problems with cosmetic surgery. But I have a problem with Natalie doing what she did in order to get a boob job while pregnant. I'm not sure if it's illegal, but it sure as hell is unethical. (Actually, before you have surgery, you have to sign paperwork and I'm sure she signed something that said she was not pregnant or had other health issues.) Either way, I'm not condemning her. I just plain flat out don't like her. And she continues to give me reasons why (such as telling Adam god isn't going to protect him any more). I wish BB would step in and set her straight. Provide outside interference, and get her some real religious counseling. Cause if anyone is watching and thinks she's what she claims to be, they are wrong. (Of course, I could do just like Natalie and claim to be a good christian and do all sorts of things and just say "oh look, there's a good christian on tv and she gets away with it so why can't I?"). Look in the mirror, Natalie. Evil will be looking right back at you, based on your own definition of same. ETA: FWIW, I have no problem with the boyz' bible buddy club thing. They seemed to be quietly reading the bible, trying to interpret passages, and all that without passing judgement. I'm so not a believer, but isn't that what it's all about? Reading, learning, growing? And NOT calling others evil because you don't like them?

I'm all for people using their faith for strength. I'm all for people sharing their faith. I'm not all for people cherry picking bible verses to somehow prove that they are better than someone else. I'm not all for people that use the bible and their faith as an offensive weapon. Defensive, and I can understand it.

The thing that bothers me is that Nat actually thinks God has and will continue to carry her through this game because she is a believer. That is not the way to practice Christianity. You don't pray to win a POV and poof there it is! She may have asked God for forgiveness and I am sure that he did. You have to live the word of God everyday in every way to be a Christian. By the way, I believe in God, don't go to church regular, and am a sinner.

IMHO, Natalie seems to have complete faith that everything happens for a reason and that it's all part of God's plan. She believes she is meant to be on BB for a reason and I see nothing wrong with that. Right, wrong, or indifferent, Natalie has people talking about God and even citing passages in the bible all throughout TVCH, as Seattle pointed out. I too view that as a good thing. Do I believe Natalie is walking the talk? No, but I do believe she has complete faith in God. With a little guidance and understanding, I believe she can walk the talk. Granted, there are people who do not want to hear about religion and I understand that. The good news is, we have mute buttons and don't have to listen to anything we don't want to. For me, however, it's touching to see someone have complete faith and that truly appreciates this experience. I don't think I will soon forget Natalie praying and saying "by the way, I love you with all of my heart and soul." She lit up when she said it and I believe she means it. Natalie and Adam have been praying for TC to win comps and well, so far their prayers have been answered. First Adam, then Natalie, then Adam again, and now Ryan. They're doing something right :-). By the way, I believe in God, don't go to church regular, and am a sinner. *snickers* me too. She makes me want to read the bible and go to Church more though. I would love to have the faith that she does.

See, I'm just the opposite. I can't hit the FF button fast enough to shut her up. And if I wasn't already a very firm nonbeliever, I sure as heck would be running far and fast from any religion such as hers.

At least you fast forward instead of listening to it over and over again. I just don't think Natalie is going to change any time soon.
