For those who didn't already catch the SuperPass Tech show you should watch it ASAP. The Player and Chat are completely new and very robust. RJune and Chelsia will be on at 10:30 am every day until July 16 with more information on how to use the new Player and Chat.

And if you will be doing the mobile thing --- you need operating systems iOS4 for iDevices and 2.2 or higher for Android.

Chelsia just posted this: Testing the #bb13 live feeds! Looks like we won't have "bubbles" this year! #superpass http://lockerz.com/s/117656013

OK This might be a first. I slid the bblite transparency slider all the way down and the screen disappeared. I can still hear it. I just can't find it to reverse the transparency. It's in the tray at the bottom but it won't maximize.I've tried uninstalling bblite but the problem remains. Any thoughts?

Gycon, the video gets transparent, but the controls don't go transparent. So mouse around the screen until the controls appear. The controls appear when you mouse over the player.

Hello Naja-The problem is that it's minimized in the system tray as feed 1. When I click it to bring it up it just sits there. No way to mouse over it.

Naja: Just for fun I slid the transparency slider like Gycon did. Now I have the same problem, i.e., sound and no way to see/move the transparency slider back to its original position. Sent an email to BBLite asking for help.

I was able to talk my cell phone company into giving me an early upgrade (being a long time customer) so I will get an Android phone tomorrow and be able to watch the feeds!!

Redhawk-I feel your pain. Rosie I haven't jumped but I have climbed out on the ledge. Still don't understand why an uninstall/reinstall won't help.

You guys, I don't know what you mean I went through the whole process of making it transparent so I couldn't see it at all. Then I clicked on its system tray icon to minimize. Then I clicked its icon again to bring it up (even though I couldn't see it being brought back up). Then I moved my pointer all around the screen, and when it went over the video area, the controls showed up and could go into the settings again. So I must not understand the problem very well Sorry

Hey TVCH! We're going to fix the transparency issue in our next update (so you can't drag it all the way down to 0). In the mean time, here's how you can quickly fix it on your machine. Here is what you can do right now. Open up My Computer. Browse to the following location: C:\Documents and Settings\UR_USERNAME\Application Data\BigBrotherLite\Local Store You will see a preferences.xml file. Open up this file with Notepad. Change the settings_transparency value to 1. Then restart the application. If you have a Mac, shoot us an email (bigbrotherlite@gmail.com) -- the instructions are a little different.

Naja-You did it. Thank You so much. I clicked the feed icon and swept the screen-nothing-clicked it again swept the screen and found it. There's no way to tell if it's max or min so you have to try twice. Try it Redhawk. Naja's a genius. Climbing in off the ledge now.

Thanks, Bblite. (even though I didn't have a problem..LOL) It looks like the fix is that you can't go below 10% on the transparency slider so it's never completely transparent.

sometimes, it is better not to know a lot about computer technology, then you don't get yourself in so much trouble!

Thank you guys for all your support. All that we ask is that you help improve other's live feed experiences by sharing BB Lite, if you hear people complaining about the online SuperPass site. Everyone deserves the right to have something worth the $45 you spend on the feeds.

I didn't use BB Lite last season, but looking at the demo, I think I will try it out this year.
