Bonza We don't have dial up we have Comcast Xfinity and yes we updated flash and we have windows xp and have tried Firefox and IE. Missyb we have loaded BBlite and it runs for a bit then will just stop. I guess our next step is to contact real player. Frustrating.....

Storm - so sorry for your troubles. I guess if Comcast gave you a new modem we can't blame them for slow speeds.

SINCE!!!! I left a message at Real's FB as well as Tweeted Chelsia and The Real twitter account. On FB - they said they would get an answer for me and via Twitter, Chelsia said: "Shoot me an email and I'll help. Chelsiah (at) real.com" Email her Since! I told her I was inquiring for several friends. This is your chance, my several friends.

Storm - BB Live Feeds just tweeted that bandwidth can be checked here: http://speedtest.net/ Also - in BBlite, select the bandwidth quality and go down to med or low, if you have it set higher.

I just did a test myself and on high bandwidth the feeds ran at about 470 megs an hour or about 7.87 megs a minute and at low bandwidth it ran at about 214 megs an hour or about 3.6 megs a minute (pretty consistent with what Real said it would do on the iPhone).

Yeah Bonza!!! Thanks! I also got a message back from Matt at Reality Nation who said he would also look in to it! So here I go to email Chelsia too. Maybe the two of them can make some sense of this...cause I've about had it with talking to outsourced customer service!!! LOL!

Sincebb1..I checked and I was wrong..even though I have Superpass year around, they charge me every 3 months. I'm sorry I told you wrong. I still don't understand what is so hard for them to charge someones credit card for the additional $9.99..doesn't make sense. I still couldn't get the feeds on the phone myself, they had to do it.

Thanks again Bonza! I haven't heard back from Matt or Chelsea yet....but I have my fingers crossed! I never have had so much trouble trying to get someone to TAKE my money!!! LOL! Like Aero said (thanks for the clarification Aero)...what is so hard to charge me EXTRA??? If they think I get too good of a deal with my annual...charge me $19.99...whatever!!!

Since - you spelled her name "chelsia", right? chelsiah @ real.com Seriously, I could see if their mobile add-on was tied to the time frame in which quarterly, etc. subscribers are billed, but they bill right when you add it. This just makes no sense that they can't do the same for an account like yours. I really hope they can work this out for you.

Hopefully when she says that customer support will get back to me....it is someone here in the USA. Cause all I get from India is "So sorry, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we can't do anything about it". And Bonza...I do hope they get it fixed THIS year!!! LOL!

It's not BBlite. There is an issue with the feeds, reported by Real on Twitter.

FINALLY!!! For those of you with annual subscriptions...there is a light at the end of the tunnel!!! Maybe there are only two of us...LOL! Diacritical and....me? But in any case, I spoke to someone here in the USA and they told me that customer support is allowed to work around the issue...because..yes, it is true..CBS set it up only for monthly and quarterly subscriptions!!!! But customer support offered this solution. Sign up for a new subscription with another email account adding the mobile. The customer service REFUNDS the Superpass fee and you only pay for the mobile. Then when you sign in for the mobile, you use new account on phone. He also set it up to automatically cancel so I don't have to call and cancel. It is at least a good option! I still have my annual subscription left intact. I am now getting a black screen on my phone for the feeds...but maybe they haven't connected yet. But at least it lets me sign in! So i should be able to view them soon! So thank you Bonza who sent me to Chelsia...who sent me to a "REAL" person (and I mean that both ways LOL!) who got the job done!!!!!! It truly takes a village!!!!
