Jag - would it be possible for you to post the text from Real that explains what you just mentioned?

Everything I've seen in writing states that the Droid app is free and will be available 7/7. There will be no app for iDevices. All mobile access has the cost mentioned elsewhere over & above the price of the feeds.

If that is not true it makes no sense. I can't see Real giving free mobile access to iDevices and charging Android users. Help us out and post what your email says --- that would help a bunch!

This info is good re: how mobile access will work for iOS & Android.

http://bigbrothernetwork.com/big-brother-mobile-live-feed-access/

"How do I get mobile access for my Feeds?
Be sure to select the mobile access add-on during your initial Live Feed sign-up. If you missed that during sign-up you’ll be prompted to add this mobile service to your subscription when you attempt to view the feeds from your mobile device once the season is going."

I'm sure that Pocket Big Brother will not do feeds. It's a nice little app for updates. So I think you need to pay extra for the mobile feeds if you have an iPhone/iPad (and probably with an Android as well).

From Real's help section, regarding mobile feeds:

http://superpass.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9152

"Mobile Add-on: This year we're offering a new mobile add-on to your subscription for $4.99 a month (or $9.99 for a 3-month subscription). This add-on is available for fans with an iPhone or iPad running iOS 4, or Android smart phone with OS 2.2 or higher. Please note that the mobile feeds do not start until July 7. If you purchase the add-on before July 7, you'll automatically receive a credit within 7 days, so that you're not paying for the service until it's available."
.........
Last summer the above option was not available via Real. On iPad & iPhone I used a paid app, CloudBrowse, to view feeds. I have not tested it this year and am going with the above Mobile option from Real.

Starting with last season, the feeds were/are web-based and are not viewed with RealPlayer. They are viewed with a web browser.

Just go to Superpass.Real.Com and sign in there.

went to the super pass page today and it looks different. Does not show my name nor does it show a place to sign in. For the first time, when I try to play something it states I need the Adobe Flash 10.3. Last week I was able to watch all the interviews, Is this the same for all of you,

Luanne - that's just the redesigned SuperPass BB area. There is a pull down arrow or just the "Account" button in the upper right. You should be able to sign in there. Or maybe you are signed in still - if i use the pull-down it gives me a "logout" option, meaning I am signed in.

This is a good time for everyone to make sure they are running the newest version of Flash on their computers.

Bonzacat, thanks for your reply. I am not very smart when it comes to the computer. It seems like I deleted the flash player. With the help of my son, I re-installed. Everything working. Thanks again.

It's ready! From Facebook:

Bigbrother Lite
BB Lite is now available for download! The live feeds do not begin until Thursday but feel free to play around. Share the good news!

bigbrotherlite.com
Click the Install Now button to the left to download and install the Big Brother Lite 2011 Player. If you had previous versions of BB Lite installed, you may manually uninstall them, as this season's player is a complete redesign.

Flashback details
Flashback will not be available until the live feeds have been on for a few days. We will release an update enabling this feature around July 8th/9th.

Redhawk - just follow the instructions on their page. They have clickable links-- simply click on them if for some reason the "install now" button doesn't work. This is a copy/paste of the instructions they state:

"If the install now button to the left doesn't work, follow these instructions:
Download and install Adobe Air
Download and install BBLite"

OH - and also -- you have to click where I placed the red arrow. It's natural to click the big white arrow in the center but that does nothing.

If that doesn't work just follow the rest of the instructions and use the blue text links.

I installed Adobe AIR 2.7

Here's a screen shot — still no Install button.

Redhawk - that looks like their page from yesterday. Maybe it is loading from your cache.

On a Mac, when I want to force a new page to load from a server, I hit my "shift" key and my refresh/reload icon in Safari (my browser). If you are PC, try refreshing the page your way.

On their page since the update, I see the Install button and the instructions I capped just below the "Watch A Demo" player pictured in your cap.

My e-mail from RP stated..iPhone,iPad or iTouch, you can view live feeds without buying mobile add- on. Navigate to superpass.real via Safari, non flash site for viewing the feeds on real.com
If you don't have the add- on and try something more---you will be sent an up-sell path for the mobile add-on. Real is good on Android 2.2 or higher or ios4.

You the Woman!!!

When I refreshed the page, per your suggestion, the Install button showed up.

Much thanks.
