i have never minded diary room interference-- it is big brother, after all... they get to (try to) control what they want to control. all part of the experiment.

Why do they want to talk to Keesha.. She doesn't vote.. They should just do what they want to do.. Hoping Angie gets to stay:

I don't mind the DR getting involved, because it is what they are there to do.

That pool is so tiny, you don't need to know how to swim I don't know...I'm thinking of that one comp that BB6 April had problems with...she was afraid of the water, wasn't she?

don't mind the DR getting involved, because it is what they are there to do. that's something I don't agree with - while Orwell's BB may do that, endemol's BB wasn't intended to interfere - hence the unemotional diary room BBs in BB1, and BB AU, because they followed the original concept however, AG's BB is a totally different story. LOL

I don't think the DR tries to influence the HG, it is like a game show and it would be against regulations. It has been explained they ask the HG questions that explore both sides of view.

I do not know Angie enough to say if she's good no matter what she does in the game or if I "love" her as a player and forget anything else negative about her. I rather she stays than Jessie since I'd seen enough of him and I'd like to see her play under better circumstances. ,,,, She's been put on defense since week one! And, to be fair, Angie's not waiting for Jessie to hang himself, not waiting for JMM to save her and she's not plotting, calculating all the moves on the other side as Keesha said. Angie is just accepting her fate. She will not throw Jessie under the bus, so far at least, that's why she's not making the rounds asking HGs to vote according to how annoying Jessie is. Her only strategy, which seems lame in the BB Game, was to have that talk w/ Keesha after Veto Comp, before Veto ceremony. In it she simply asked Keesha to take Jessie off and swap him with Libra. She asked Keesha to give the house a chance to decide whom they rather play in this game, keep in this house. She said if the house ends up keeping Libra, so be it, she would gladly accept the outcome. I do come to see what some of us had talked about: Angie is just not made to play this game. ETA: Forgot to say, this post was just my thoughts after reading Tre, Zgood and Bee among others I can't recall. Much earlier today in case it has nothing to do w/ the situation now??

I still couldn't understand Keeshas thougths of putting Angie up because one of her reasons was that Angie didn't try to protect Steven.. Keesha had a vote last week and she didn't try to keep him.. I think it was another petty reason like the reasoning most say at HOH nominations they say "I put you up because you are a threat" Is that a slap in the others face by saying they aren't threats

TV - If CBS had kept the original concept beyond BB1, the show would have ended long ago. There was very little strategy involved. It came down to who can pretend to be nice and dupe the public, or who can make the public pity them. Hate to say it, but I feel comfortable doing so because I myself am physically handicapped, Eddie won BB1 ultimately because he was missing a leg. If not for that his behavior would have sent him out not long after Will Mega.

Libra is campaigning hard for Angie to stay to April, April says Keesha would never do it. I just don't get these people ...... KEESHA HAS NO POWER! these people need to do what is best for them ..... not Keesha! Please BB remind these people that keesha is not there "leader" Jessie is the bigger threat than angie ..... Jerry keeps mentioning the light bulbs ... what Jerry doesn't realize is the last HOH was questions .... this next one will be physical or endurance and Jessie will win it!

April is amazingly annoying. Is she still under the impression that BB turns the cameras off when she and Ollie are snogging? If so, she's gonna have one big ol' surprise when she gets out.

Real - I disagree. Yes, it would be illegal if they told the houseguests outright who to nominate or vote for. But it is possible to ask a question in such a way that makes a suggestion, but is impossible to prove that the question was interference. In other words, they can influence without technically breaking the law.

If Keesha will not let O/L/A vote out Jessie ...... I will than want Jessie to win and put up Keesha just so O/L/A can say "I told you so"

Yes they do the voting not THE HOH.. Jerry didn't originally nominate Brian either but was bullied into it after Jessie won Veto so why should it matter who the inmates vote out.. The HOH just puts 2 people up.

so if the DR really is hinting at getting Jessie out, and April, Libra etc. say that Keesha wouldn't go for it, the DR should say something like "does Keesha have any power at this point in time?" maybe that'll get them thinking

Actually, endurance favours women. The big musclebound guys rarely win them. Now if the competition was throwing big rocks, Jessie would be golden, lol.

btw, BB is NOT considered a gameshow by the FCC, so they do not follow gameshow rules. Reality TV is in the same category as WWE Wrestling, unscripted television. So they can pretty much do whatever the heck they please. They can rig it any way they'd like. they wouldn't, only because people would stop watching, not that they'd get in trouble by the fcc.

Ladytex - I don't buy the WWE wrestling comparison. First of all, it's not "unscripted television", it's entirely scripted. Second, for many years they were required by state athletic commissions to have a doctor at ringside just like boxing. It was not until recent years that they finally came out and started publicly acknowledging that the entire thing was predetermined. And third, unlike game shows, the innerworkings of professional wrestling are not now, nor were they ever under the jurisdiction of the FCC beyond the decency standards that all network television are held. And they aren't even held to that in most cases since with the exception of WWE Smackdown on CW (And next year MyTV), all pro wrestling is on cable or pay per view.

I guess for the same reason she calls him "Father Time" or "F-ing Jerry" It seems to be what the house does to people. They say unkind things.
