BB will no doubt take a big hit in the ratings, like everyone else, the during the two weeks the Olympics are on. It’s anyone’s guess how will this factor into the decision to go with another season of BB? Also, as you probably know, CBS had decided to move BB to Thursdays staring next week and has switched America's Greatest Dog to the Wednesday time slot.

But I think that move from Wednesday to Thursday is a good one. That means BB will end about the time Survivor beings. Seems like every season the rumor is this will be the last. I think as long as it is profitable, BB will continue.

Sooner or later, that rumor will prove to be true! I also think the novelty is way wearing off. Unless they start putting in more "regular" people with personality instead of just one or 2 people over the age of 40, this last season will come sooner rather than later. They need more diversity and i am not just talking race. There are way too many pretty and thin people. Though I do give them credit for having plenty of "dumb" people. In fact, they need a few more "nerds," some mature people (and I am not just talking about age), some fat people, some kind people, some mean people (well they do have plenty of that!). Just mix it up more. Cuz season after season of the pretty people looking for sex or fame is getting predictable. The outrageous HGs pouring tea, flour or picklejuice on people is getting old. Sooner or later even the hard core BB people will realize that their own lives are more interesting and their time is going to be better spent on themselves, their families and friends (or even their pets or houses)!

thanks mystic this season wouldn't be so bad if they had evened out the age gap .... put some 40 somethings and a 60 something to avoid the big 20+ year age gap of the 31 YO and Renny and Renny and Gerry... just saying BB could have done a much better job than this.

I think this season has improved 100% over last season. Ages of 22 31 53 and 75 .They will never make everyone happy.

I agree toolhound...No one is running around in bikinis all day, the girls seem to be a bit more modest. Other than Jesse running around shirtless to show off his lumps I'm pretty happy with the change. However watching Jesse and his love for Jesse is rather comical, don't you think?

Come on, there are two people out of 13 who are over 35. That is not even close to "even-ing" things out. Does anyone really think Renny or Jerry has a chance to so much as make it to sequester, let alone win? No way! Now, I am very much more happy that this group is not nearly as "bikini" as some in the past. But there is still sex going on in the house... Let's get more "drama" (not tension/not nastiness) and less sex.

Did anyone else hear Libra asking someone if they think this will be the last BB. I wonder if they were told maybe this will be the final BB. I don't believe BB tells them anything at all of this nature. Libra does a lot of speculating about a lot of things...but no, I don't think they were not told maybe this will be the final BB.

I do too Bee. I think most of the HGs would prefer them to Jesse, Angie, Michelle and Memphis right now.

No matter what, one of them will be in sequester. They just have to survive one more week and then they both make it at least to sequester.

Really, only 2 more weeks to sequester? Well then, let me restate the question; Does anyone really think Renny or Jerry has a shot of making it to F4? Or any chance of winning it all?

Julie...I think Renny has a shot at final four. Jerry probably doesn't. I was thinking about this last night. Nicole from BB2, targeted first week made final two. Adam, targeted first week won. Renny reigned herself in...and she is doing lots of things for them such as cooking, hair, etc. She is seen as no threat, able to be booted whenever they're ready to. Renny could actually win it, if she gets to final three and wins at the end. She's working out, she's strong, and she's smart and noticing everything. And yes, indeed, stranger things have happened in BB.

Goa...., we talked about this some where. Some of us think it's rehearsed and calculated. If it is hearing loss, I'm sorry. But hearing loss won't need the help from eyebrow-manipulation, would it? Every body knows the eyebrow motions is only good for tenors to sing higher pitches?!? Did his voice gets higher & higher as he raises his eye brows?

why was he having such a hard time hearing during the food comp? I have a hearing loss in my left ear and tend to turn my head to hear better.
