First off I would not want Jessie to get any money .....BUT.... wouldn't it be fun if Jessie had to convince the other hg's to vote out Michell! it would be sooooooooo much fun to watch him squirm and sweat .... fun times!

Just saw the commercial for AP. The person selected does not have to accept, and I really hope they don't. I say let's vote for the HG who is least likely to accept the lame challenge!! Just so their stupid twist can be nipped in the bud.

Ok, here's a bit of paranoia that I just thought of: Whoever is being told that they are being offered AP might think that everyone was offered this and were told they must keep it secret. There could be a little crazyness right there. (still don't like it , though.)

I don't like the idea of AP. If Allison wants America involved, I'd rather we vote on something that won't effect or screw up the BB player's game.

Hmm, I gotta think if I want to vote or not. I'm not sure. I really don't want Renny to win it just in case it could possibly do something to screw up her game. IE: Having Memphis and Libra up on the block and America wanting her to vote against her alliance and get Libra out which will easily make her a target the following week. I think she really does have a pretty good chance of winning it all. I don't want to jeopardize it. I think it will be better if Jessie or Ollie gets it. They will make better sacrificial lambs IMO. I wish they weren't doing this at all.

Only way I would vote Jessie for AP, is if we also get him to put himself up for nomination. I'd say it has to be someone in the 8 alliance. And see if they will turn on one of themselves. Vote Ollie and have him get libra or Keesha put up. It would cause great problems for the mob alliance.

Do we have any idea how many tasks? Let's see: 1: Get someone nominated - that would be Thursday's vote. 2. ???? - would be Sunday's vote. 3. Get someone evicted - that would be Tuesday's vote. Any thoughts?

I would not vote for someone i like in the game. This would most likely damage their game.

I voted for Dan, he is "neutral" enough to pull it off, IMO.

I think Dan will be the best AP, but I would LOVE to make Jessie choose between 20k, nominating memphis and Michelle, and playing his crappy game.

I don't record the shows, so I am probably wrong, but I did get the impression that this was the first AP and that there would be more. Perhaps its just to see how America votes and decide if 'we' do it again, or whatever. I just felt that is was the first AP and we would be able to vote over and over for who was AP that week. Also winning up to 20G, says to me there are multiple tasks to earn a certain amount. Off my first theory, what if you are the first AP, won't you wonder what everyone does after you if they are that weeks AP? Falling dominos are always fun to watch.

I'm not liking this any more than any of you! But let's talk about it anyway. So- Angie is a possible choice- so does that mean if she was voted out they would bring her back in the game? For Angie fans then I would say vote for her. I do like the thought of Jessie trying to "outsmart" everyone in the house. It would be amusing and he would for sure screw up! Like many of you, although I think Renny's equal to a lot, and I'd like to see her get the money, I would hate to see her have to do something that would ruin her game. Plus, I don't think she would be good at keeping the secret. How about Memphis? I'd like to see him have to stretch himself a bit. He takes himself far too seriously!

If who America votes for is voted out the next highest vote is AP.

I voted for Jessie. I can't stand him....but if season 8 was any indication of what to expect from this year's AP votes, then we can expect votes that will go against whatever the selected AP's strategy is. Didn't America vote to make Eric make a deal with ED just when it looked like ED was close to getting evicted? And didn't that ultimately play a big part in getting Eric evicted? I can only hope that America will vote to muck up Jesse's game like they did Eric's. Of course, that's IF the votes are more accurate than the favorite HG poll, which didn't even accept votes for all the HGs! At the end of the day, I think only Allison Grodner's vote will actually count.

I first read this earlier and like the majority I wasn't liking it. BUT after giving it some thought, I'm warming up to the idea. Lately I have found events sooo boring I can barely watch. I didn't even bother to watch tonight on TV. Figure I'll catch it online and FF through it if that. To me the biggest problem this year is this group mentality of all turning on one. I think this is at least a small hope that someone may rock the boat and not just go with the flow. And hopefully it will encourage a HG to actually start playing, not voting just "as the house wants." I wish it had started a week earlier so we could help get Jesse out, but there's a good hope for that next week as well hehe. I voted for Renny, and plan to continue to do so for a few reasons. First, she dislikes many of the people I do. She has the balls and guts to actually ACT on something I think, if given the power. So let's give her some. To me the real problem is if we vote for someone who won't try hard to do what America wants even if they agree to do it. Think back to when out last AP, darling that he was, barely made an effort when he didn't want to. For example, I don't see Memphis willing to work to get Jesse or Michelle out. I don't see April willing to do it to get Libra out. And so on. So I think logically it has to be someone with some smarts, the williness to take a risk and who could benefit from this. My top 2 choices were Renny and Dan. I think Dan would turn it down because it would involve lying. To me the biggest mistake would be voting for who would amuse us by his/her actions. I think we need someone who would DO IT, and be effective at it, and hopefullly shake this game up some. (But I think Renny might be amusing AND effective). And if it succeeds in helping chip away at the pack rat mentality then I am behind it. I'm at least willing to keep an open mind. Hope this is some food for thought at least. I might be wrong, but I'm gonna I'm not, cause this season is rapidly losing my interest.

SanFran...remember folks started out not messing with Eric. It was only after he refused to do what we voted (and he had NO choice he agreed to do it as a condition to his playing the game), and then sat in the DR and basically cursed us out week in/week out, that SOME may have let that affect how they voted. Also, aside from a few votes, I think folks weren't so much trying to destroy his game, as voting who they wanted. Even though some folks hated ED, let's not forget he had the highest fan fav rating almost thoughtout the series. I think this set-up is MUCH better in that doing this for 1 week shouldn't destroy soemone's personal game. while I felt it was unfair of BB to expect Eric to be able to play both for us and himself, bottom line was he was playing for us, not us playing to help him win as some argued. But this way, we can rock the boat in small increments, for various folks, while not taking anyone's game away from them. JMHO but Jessie is the very last person I want to give more power too. And I'd rather not help him earn more money either. To me it wouldn't be amusing, it would be repugnant to have to watch his ego inflate even more. I want to try to help the game more watchable, not less. But that's just my personal take on it.
